About this deal

The good news is that the latest version still smells great and even though I’m not sure that younger generations can appreciate it, my generation will probably love it as much as I do. The lavender isn't as overshadowed by that weird citrus laundry detergent vibe, so the sillage is actually pretty nice - you know, for a 5 hour skinscent dagnamit. So much has been written about this fragrance that I'm not even going to attempt a review, having said that, please read on. If every person could give half as much as they can offer perfume, the world would be a much nicer place for all of us!

This opens up very fresh with some light citrus, but also very aromatic with the lavender and some very light pepper giving this some personality ! Nonetheless, performance seems to be fine, and it will still smell great on a warm sunny day, but it definitely ain't the same. Vintage scent users may be disappointed but I have no complaints as a fresh user of the current version.A 200ml bottle for a fraction under eighty Australian dollars, delivered, is outstanding in my opinion. The scent opens with a stimulating and dynamic freshness with the citrus notes of bergamot, tangerine orange and lemon and the woody end note hinges on an accord of sandalwood, cedar wood and tobacco musk. Just an absolutely incredible clean scent, soapy but with enough depth to get noticed and complimented.

I have never once smelled any of the notes that are listed, no citrus, no tobacco, no tonka bean, no lavender. I had heard good things about it, like its addictive subtlety and notes of tobacco, and I was eager to know if I was just a weird person who dislikes an excellent fragrance, like those people who hate Aventus. The lavender really shines for me in the center, and if the citrus peaked through a little bit more I think this could be an all time fragrance for me. I’m wearing this in the colder months and it still stands up to the cold with good projection and sillage. Grapefruit, Bergamot, Sicilian Mandarin, and Juniper are the top notes; Pepper, Rosemary, and Brazilian Rosewood are the middle notes; while Incense, Musk, and Oakmoss are the base notes.

It can come off as fresh, it can also come off as clean and soapy while always maintaining a masculine edge. I'm a big fan of the original, the made in France version is damn close, I wish it was strong, its a bit frustrating.

I am very confused about sillage coz I notice few colleagues taking very deep breath even after 4-5 hrs of application but I myself doubt I smell if at all. To me it is an upscale union of zesty sweetness of CK be and spicy base of Versace blue jeans in a very pleasant fashion. Pd: en relación de rango de edad para uso, es un aroma que percibo como más preciso para jóvenes adultos o adultos (25 a 50), quienes sabrán explotar todo, todo su potencial. I dont know, with most scents for the workplace its probably best to spray once on one wrist, dab your 2 wrists together, then dab your wrists to you neck.

Performance is kind of lacking but its an EDT and quite frankly i dont care anyway as i love the scent. After conversing for a while, and talking about the good times you used to have together you realize that they've changed, you don't know exactly how, but the spark of companionship the two of you used to share is no longer there. and they made a weak lemony generic faceless scent with some hints of the past just to cheat fame from the legend. Hate the opening, but as it dries down it smells soapy and clean to the level that it is comforting.
