Wonderful idea! I put it together in 5 minutes and it looks like a sturdy piece of kit that will last a long time. I use it for coal and I use Welsh Anthracite small nuts and it works fine! I’m happy to say that I couldn’t be happier with my bunker. It is not a thing of beauty but it so clever and very, very practical. The only issue I have is that it only holds three bags of fuel, and with the Aga on I use a bag a week so the coalman has to come every three weeks.
